Indonesian Child Dancers Bring Honor to the Nation in Malaysia, Warmly Welcomed by the Indonesian Embassy in Kuala Lumpur

Fimela.com, Jakarta, A team of young dancers from RAFA International Dance Studio successfully achieved a proud accomplishment at the International Arts Festival (IAF) 2025 held in Malaysia. This achievement not only became a source of pride for Indonesia, but also led them to make an honorary visit to the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia (KBRI) in Kuala Lumpur.
During the visit, the RAFA young dancers not only shared stories about their achievements, but also opened opportunities for collaboration with Indonesian children residing in Kuala Lumpur. This collaboration is expected to become a bridge for cultural acculturation, combining modern dance with the rich traditions of the Indonesian archipelago, so that Indonesian culture can become increasingly recognized on the international stage in a creative and relevant way.

The arrival of the RAFA team was warmly welcomed by the Coordinator of Social and Cultural Affairs at the Indonesian Embassy in Kuala Lumpur, Mr. Wishnu Krisnamurthi, as well as the Principal of the Indonesian School of Kuala Lumpur, Mrs. Friny Napasti, S.Pd., M.Pd. In his remarks, Mr. Wishnu emphasized the full support of the Embassy for positive activities such as those carried out by RAFA.
“RAFA is an excellent platform for Indonesian children to channel their talents while also developing their cultural identity. We believe that Indonesia’s young generation can continue to achieve and bring the nation’s name to the global stage,” said Wishnu.
RAFA International Dance Studio also expressed their appreciation and gratitude for the support from the Indonesian Embassy and the Indonesian School of Kuala Lumpur. According to them, this support serves as a source of motivation for the children to continue creating, achieving, and preserving the nation’s culture through dance on the global stage.
