To create a safe, clear, and professional environment for everyone, we have established our Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to explain how our academy operates, outline expectations for participation, and help protect both you and Rafa Dance International™. They ensure transparency, set shared standards, and support a positive experience for all students, parents, and members of our community.

By continuing to use our services, participate in classes, access our platform, or enroll in any programs offered by Rafa Dance International™, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement forms a valid and binding understanding between you and Rafa Dance International™ regarding your participation in our academy and use of our services.

We encourage you to review the Terms and Conditions carefully so you are fully informed about how we operate and what you can expect from us. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue the use of our services and refrain from enrolling in our programs.

Terms and Conditions

1. Registration

• All registrations must be completed through the Fleedu App.
  
• Upon submission of the registration form, students will be allocated to an available class based on age and level assessment.
  
• If the selected class is full, the student will be placed on a waiting list until a vacancy becomes available.
  
• Registration is confirmed only after full payment of the registration and/or tuition fees.

2. Trial Session

• Trial classes must be booked in advance through the Fleedu App.
  
• The trial fee is IDR 100,000 per session
  
• Trial fees are non-refundable but may be deducted from the registration fee if the student enrolls in a regular program within the same day.
  
• Each student is entitled to one trial class per program level.
  

3. Tuition & Session Fees

• Parents/guardians are responsible for full payment of all tuition fees according to the selected package.
  
• Tuition fees must be paid before the commencement (date 1-10 for each month) of each term.
  
• Tuition fees may be subject to an annual adjustment (typically ranging between 5–10%) in line with operational costs and program development.
  
• Tuition fees cover instructional costs only and do not include uniforms, costumes, examination fees, competition fees, or special workshops unless otherwise stated.
  

4. Attendance & Make-Up Policy

• Students are expected to attend classes regularly and on time.
  
• Make-up classes may be arranged subject to teacher’s availability. (tanggal merah tidak ada pengganti)
  
• No refunds or fee reductions will be given for missed classes
  

6. Code of Conduct

• Students are expected to follow RAFA’s studio rules, dress code, and safety guidelines.
  
• RAFA reserves the right to suspend or terminate enrollment if a student’s behavior disrupts the learning environment. (tambah behaviornya: membahayakan peserta murid, guru, perusahaan)
  

7. Media & Documentation

• RAFA may document classes and performances for promotional and educational purposes.
  
• Parents who object to their child’s participation in media documentation must submit written notice in advance.
