1. Registration Fee

• All registration fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. This fee covers administrative processing, student records, and class placement.

2. Tuition Fees

Tuition fees are non-refundable once the term has commenced.

No refunds will be issued for:

• missed classes,
• temporary absences, or
• voluntary withdrawal during an ongoing term.

Students are encouraged to attend classes regularly to receive the full benefit of the program.

3. Withdrawal Policy

A written notice of withdrawal must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the next billing cycle.

This policy allows the studio to manage class capacity, instructor scheduling, and waiting lists effectively.

If notice is not provided within the required timeframe, tuition fees for the following term may still be payable.

4. Leave of Absence

To maintain a student’s place in the class during a temporary leave, a place-holding fee of IDR 250,000 per month will apply.

This reduced fee ensures that the student’s spot remains reserved in the class while they are away.

In exceptional circumstances (such as medical conditions), RAFA may review leave requests on a case-by-case basis, provided that supporting documentation is submitted

5. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond RAFA’s control — including but not limited to government regulations, natural disasters, or public health emergencies — RAFA reserves the right to:

• transition classes to an online format, or
• reschedule sessions

without issuing refunds.

RAFA will make every reasonable effort to ensure students continue to receive the educational value of the program.
